DESCRIPTION:The CERIS Workshop on Innovation Uptake will take place on 29
 –30 September 2026 and will bring together experts\, policymakers\, secu
 rity practitioners\, and innovators from across Europe to exchange experie
 nces and explore opportunities to accelerate the uptake of innovative secu
 rity solutions.\nThe two-day workshop will include European Commission pre
 sentations\, panel discussions\, live demonstrations\, and networking oppo
 rtunities. Key themes will include innovation procurement\, intellectual a
 sset management\, support for innovative SMEs\, and practical tools and in
 itiatives designed to strengthen the competitiveness of the EU security in
