SUMMARY:Chemical\, biological\, radiological\, nuclear\, explosive (CBRNE) 
 Research & Innovation Day
DESCRIPTION:This CERIS event will focus on chemical\, biological\, radiolog
 ical\, nuclear and explosive (CBRNe) issues\, and will take place within t
 he CBRNE R&amp\;I Conference in Strasbourg on the 21st March 2024. This ev
 ent will be animated by EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe\, ECHO Preventi
 on\, European Defence Fund and others) as well as by CBRNe actors (policy-
 makers\, first responders\, small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)/indus
 try\, civil society) who will come together to discuss and exchange experi
 ences and expertise. Agenda covers context-setting keynote speeches from E
 uropean Commission Directorates with an interest in this area and will the
 n proceed within four thematic panels\, namely:\n\n 	CBRN Risk Governance-
  From knowledge of multi-hazard risks and vulnerabilities to preparedness 
 and response\, Societal (CBRN) Resilience\n 	Technologies for 1st and 2nd 
 responders\, Detection and monitoring of CBRN threats\n 	Anticipating tomo
 rrow’s crises\, preparedness\, training and adapting response means\, an
 d\n 	Interoperability (including technologies\, training\, guidelines-sta
