The 13th edition of the EAB Research Projects Conference 2026 is organised by the European Association for Biometrics with the contribution of the Joint Research Centre and the support of DG HOME of the European Commission and Fraunhofer IGD.
The conference is currently the largest European event dedicated to research funded by the European Union in the area of Biometrics and Identity Management. Over previous successful editions, EAB-RPC has become a key forum in Europe where attendees can simultaneously promote research carried out in biometrics, establish new collaborations and networks, and identify suitable partners for future project applications. The 2026 edition will bring together participants from academia, industry, and public institutions to discuss emerging developments in biometrics, digital identity, and privacy-preserving identity management solutions.
