On 26 June 2026, the TESSERA project will hold its Final Event in Athens, Greece, marking an important step towards strengthening data-driven innovation in European security research.

Hosted by the Center for Security Studies (KEMEA), the event will focus on the foundations being laid for a European Security Data Space for Innovation, a shared environment designed to support more effective access to, exchange of, and use of security-related data across research, operational, technological and policy communities.

The event will bring together representatives from security practice, EU agencies, research organisations, academia, industry and technology providers to discuss the project’s outcomes and their relevance for the future of European security innovation. As TESSERA reaches its conclusion, the Final Event will provide an opportunity to reflect on the project’s contribution to more connected, interoperable and trusted approaches to data sharing in support of security research and development.

Further details, including the event agenda and registration information, will be announced soon.
