On 15th October 2026, EXIS project will host its Policy Recommendations Workshop in Brussels. The event will bring together NGOs, members of civil society and policing with consortium partners to review the outcomes of the project and discuss the challenges and opportunities to effectively respond to crimes against LGBTIQ+ people.
EXIS – Enhancing police officers to fight discrimination and effectively respond to crimes against LGBTIQ+ people – aims to develop a multidisciplinary police reporting approach that effectively responds to crimes against LGBTIQ+ people through capacity-building activities based on identified needs and gaps, and peer-to-peer learning techniques. EXIS project focuses on increasing knowledge the intersectoral approach, strengthening the multidisciplinary cooperation among police officers, CSOs and other related services to efficiently respond to the needs of LGBTIQ+ people.
