Last week, ENACT had the opportunity to present at European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL)‘s Pitch Match Innovation Forum (PIMIF) in Budapest. The event brought together 26 EU-funded projects to explore opportunities to enhance training and collaborate more closely with each other and CEPOL.
At the opening of the event, Mailis Pukonen, Acting Executive Director of CEPOL stated,
For the EU-funded projects, this initiative offers visibility, continuity, and the possibility of a legacy beyond the EU funding cycle. For CEPOL, it represents a concrete step towards systematically integrating EU-funded research and innovation into our training portfolio. For the European Union as a whole, it demonstrates how investment in research can be maximised through coordination, foresight, and shared ownership of results
We look forward to future collaboration and opportunities to continue to enhance the EU FCT R&I ecosystem.
