ENACT publishes its second Flash Report on the analysis of the TECNOSEC and DRONExpo events held in Madrid on the 8th and 9th of May 2024. TECNOSEC has evolved into the premier professional forum for police, intelligence, and security technologies providing a focal point for security stakeholders. The events facilitate the collaboration of public and private security actors and attendees are closely related to those operating in the FCT domain with over 85% of exhibitors working in that space.
On analysing the position in the market of the exhibitors, the Flash Report highlights the prevalence of attendees that offer products and services related to the monitoring and surveillance of environments and activities (based on the EU Civil Security Taxonomy) with almost 50% of all exhibitors offering a solution in this area. Within the conference sessions, the analysis shows that these sessions are more closely oriented towards mobility and deployability and secure and public communication, data and information exchange functions.
