Through the Cooperation Pillar, ENACT is supporting winners and runners-up of the Security Innovation Awards and Europol’s Excellence Awards in Innovation. One of the supported solutions is AinoAid™ by We Encourage, an AI-driven support and guidance platform designed to help identify, address and prevent interpersonal violence, including domestic violence and harmful behaviour, before situations escalate into serious crime or broader security threats.
AinoAid™ provides anonymous, immediate guidance through a confidential AI chatbot and knowledge platform, helping users recognise early signs of abuse, access risk assessment, find relevant support services and receive information in a safe and user-friendly environment. ENACT funding supported AinoAid™ in raising the profile of the application through influencer and digital marketing campaigns, generating almost 70,000 viewers, over 1.27 million impressions, and reaching almost half a million people directly. This enabled AinoAid™ to reach five times more potential users than in the previous two months and strengthen future dissemination activities.
