Organised by the Council of Europe, the Octopus Conference is one of the largest international forums dedicated to cybercrime cooperation. The 2026 edition marks the 25th anniversary of the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime and will bring together experts from over 100 countries to discuss emerging challenges such as cybercrime-as-a-service, the impact of artificial intelligence on cybercrime, digital evidence cooperation, and the prosecution of cyber-enabled crimes.
